UK Mainland Delivery

How much is delivery?

We pass on delivery costs at the best rate possible. Delivery rates have been determined taking into account both weight of products and number of parcels sent. Some of the larger products on this site have been weighted according to volumetrics so delivery costs may vary from the costs listed below. See below for shipping rates per order:

2kg – 20kg = £7.99

20g+ = £14.99

What is an EORI Number?

An EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number is a registered business number of an established business enabling you to import and export goods into mainland UK, out of mainland UK and around Europe.

Why do I need an EORI Number?

This is now a legal requirement to import pallets of stock or goods outside of mainland UK following Brexit. Without an EORI Number, you will not be able to import your goods and customs will refuse the importation of pallets.

When will you need an EORI Number?

You’ll need an EORI number if you:

  • Appoint someone to deal with customs on your behalf and are ‘established’ in the country you’re importing to or exporting from.
  • Make customs declarations.
  • Use customs systems, such as the CHIEF system and the Import Control System Northern Ireland (ICS NI).
  • Apply for a custom’s decision.

Why is this required for Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands?

An EORI Number is required for every pallet shipment leaving mainland UK, as a pallet shipment is classed as a movement of goods and must be declared to customs leaving mainland UK and on arrival in Northern Ireland, Highlands, or Channel Islands.

Who is responsible for having an EORI Number?

You. The customer.

What other information is required?

For any international shipment, a point of contact, contact telephone number and contact email address is required for customs purposes.

Do you deliver Internationally ?

 At present we only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom & Ireland

Do prices include VAT?

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

How can I update my contact details?

If you have registered with us you can up date your contact details by going to the My Account section of the website.

Can I change my order?

I would like to return my items?

We guarantee the quality of our products and maintain the standards by inspecting all items prior to despatch.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a replacement or refund policy valid for 30 days from delivery on any of our products.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

When returning a product please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.

Based on your preference, we will either replace the item free of charge for faulty products or provide a refund.

Placing an order with us is simple! You have the option to order online via our website, or phone us directly during office hours. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard.

When you have chosen the item(s) you would like to purchase, just click the "add to basket". When you are ready to finalise your order, click the "checkout" link at the top of the web page and proceed to our simple and secure payment processing section.

UK Mainland Delivery charges

Our standard UK Delivery Charge is £4.99 and takes 2-3 days.

Our Express UK delivery charge is £8.99 and is next working day (if ordered before 2pm )

Please note: the following UK postcodes will incur an extra delivery starting from £10.00 and the delivery time is slightly longer.

The postcodes affected are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.

International

Our Couriers 

Orders with UK Mainland destinations are delivered on a next working day service with Evri, DPD or DHL - you will receive an email with tracking information and contact numbers once the item is shipped out. Orders heading off shore or outside the UK are delivered through DL, orders will take between 3 to 8 days depending on the location - you will receive an email with tracking information and contact numbers once the item is shipped out.

For your own security a signature is required on delivery. It is therefore recommended to give a business address for delivery.All orders will need to be signed for. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information. If your order is being delivered by Parcel Force and you opted to enter your mobile phone number for delivery updates, you will receive;

  • Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection
  • Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising customers of their one hour delivery time window

If no-one is at home, the courier may attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour. If they do not leave the parcel, they will either deliver to a post office or return it to the depot. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery, or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour. Rearranging a failed delivery must be done within one week of receiving a card through your door. Failure to do so will result in your order being returned to us. If this is the case we will contact you about the following two options:

  1. We can issue a refund minus a delivery and booking in fee.
  2. If you still wish to receive your items you will need to pay a redelivery cost.

We use Opayo (formally SagePay)  certificated SSL services to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

PCI Compliance  PCI DSS are a set of standards to help protect businesses and shoppers from data theft and fraud.  It is mandatory for all businesses who accept card payments to comply by getting a PCI certificate.  

This applies to all types of card payments: online, by mail, over the phone or using credit card terminals. Opayo has the highest level (Level 1) of PCI DSS certification.For greater peace of mind for our customers when ordering online and to speed up the progress of orders Uber Games may use the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode fraud prevention schemes (often referred to as "3D-Secure").
