RAM SPORTS WELCOMES NEW SALES DIRECTOR

As the equipment and teamwear supplier to Rugby and Cricket clubs, schools and organisations looks to the future and welcomes a new member to the business, Ram Sports managing director Tristan Aylward acknowledges the past few months haven’t been without their challenges.

 “In mid-March, as the country went into lockdown, our clubs and schools business literally disappeared overnight, but thankfully we saw a significant increase in orders from individuals looking to train at home.”

 With many clubs and schools now resuming their sporting activities and training sessions, Ram Sports have taken the opportunity to reinstate all members of staff who were previously furloughed.

 “It’s clearly going to be an interesting time ahead, and I’m absolutely thrilled to have Mike Pells joining as our new sales director,” says Tristan. “Mike comes with many years’ industry experience and I’m confident he’ll help steer the company through these uncertain waters.”
