The Power Speed Resistor is probably the most effective system for developing explosive speed and power.

The speed resistor works through a harness which is worn by one rugby player is held back by another to create resistance, it is the most inexpensive and very effective system of developing explosive speed and forward lean torso position.

The Power Speed Resistor is made from heavy duty webbing.
