The advantage of the Curved Rugby Tackling Pads over other contact pads is that it can be held vertically like a normal contact pad or horizontally enabling a far wider range of drills to be practiced than a standard Rugby Tackling Pad; including hit and spin and rucking training with two people hitting the pad at once - for this reason we believe this to be the best contact pad on the market!

The Curved Rugby Tackling Pads have two straps on the back of the pad for holding it in position, it can be effective to put one arm through both these straps rather than holding the straps with both hands.
